On Creativity
We always find it interesting when we hear people say they are not "creative" or that they try to divide the world into "creatives" and "non-creatives" (This happens all of the time in the entertainment industry). While we all can't be visionaries like Lady Gaga or Pharrell, we are all creative and there are simple steps we can all take to improve our creativity.

Everyone has a story about their dad telling a really terrible joke that he thought was hilarious. It is almost as if when men become dads, there is a genetic mutation that occurs that drastically alters their sense of humor from "funny" to "cringe-worthy".
